Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.

My path to clarity and confidence
There is a huge demand for leadership and professional development courses from the Australian Public Service, small business owners and senior executives in the private sector right now. This is the time for many of us to reflect on our management skills and problem solving abilities. To rethink the way we conduct business in fast paced changing priorities and demands. Many of my clients are running successful businesses or managing a team, and they know there is always room to grow, to develop their leadership skills and craft their leadership style as their own personal brand.
Having run my business since the age of 21 I know first-hand what it is like to lead a team, be a mother, wife and friend. Developing your brand takes time, thought and a lot of determined work. I started my business life in the skincare industry and within six years developed the Ondina Brand running three skin care centres and managing fifteen young employees. In 2012, it was a great honour for me to be named the first female Small Business Champion by the Council of Small Business Australia (COSBOA).
My transition into mentoring and coaching came when I moved to Sydney in 2012. I studied with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership in Sydney and continue to study this subject every year, graduating as a Master NLP Practitioner and Meta Coach and becoming a Certified International Conversational Intelligence Coach.
I spend the majority of my time now using my business knowledge and training skills by coaching clients one-on-one (in person and online via Zoom), running public workshops and bringing together like-minded professionals as part of my 6 month training programs - The Power of Self Mastery and Principles of Leadership.
