Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.

My path to clarity and confidence
There is a huge demand for leadership courses and professional development from the Australian Public Service, small business owners and senior executives in the private sector right now. This is at a time when many of us have had time to reflect on our management skills and problem solving abilities, in the aftermath that was 2020. Many of my clients are running successful businesses or managing a team, but they know there is room to grow, to develop their leadership skills and to craft their leadership style and personal brand.
Having worked since the age of 21 in my own business I know first-hand what it is like to run a business, lead a team, be a mother, wife and friend. Developing your brand takes time, thought and a lot of hard work. I started my business life in the skincare industry and within six years developed the Ondina Brand running three salons and managing fifteen young employees. In 2012, it was a great honour for me to be named the first female Small Business Champion by the Council of Small Business Australia (COSBOA).
My transition into the mentoring and coaching came when I moved to Sydney in 2011. I studied with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership in Sydney and continue to study this subject every year, graduating as a Master NLP Practitioner and Meta Coach and becoming a Certified International Conversational Intelligence Coach.
I spend the majority of my time now using my business knowledge and training skills by coaching clients one-on-one (in person and online via Zoom), running public workshops and bringing together like-minded professionals as part of my 6 month training programs - Power of Self Mastery and Principles of Leadership.
