A path to transformation - 6 skills in 6 weeks!
Each week of the Power of Transformation you learn about a new skill. This is a foundation course which introduces you to the skills that will help you define who you want to be and how you want to communicate with others. If you have completed this workshop before or are looking for the challenge to delve into these topics in more detail visit.
MODULE 01: HOW TO BE SELF-AWARE
What does it mean to be self-aware? Do you find yourself micromanaging others or getting defensive at work? Or that some of the issues you had at your last job are happening at your new workplace? These are just a couple of the signs that you might be struggling from low self-awareness. Firstly, it’s not your fault. Self-awareness comes more naturally to some. In the first week workshop, you will learn how to get to know yourself and your emotional triggers.
MODULE 02: IDENTIFYING YOUR VALUES
How familiar are you with your values? Have you given any thought to what matters to you in 2022? When people think of values, commonly we think of corporate values like “integrity” or “honesty” on an office wall but we all have personal values, whether we are aware of them or not. In week 2 workshop, we look at your personal way of thinking and your beliefs. Ondina takes you through how your values make short and long term goal setting so much easier!
MODULE 03: POWER OF INFLUENCE
Do you struggle with getting others to be accountable? In week 3 we reflect on how you are currently influencing others and what influence they have on you. From that, you will learn how create more influential in the future.
MODULE 04: ART OF RELATIONSHIPS
Do you feel people are not listening to you? Poor relationships with your team, managers, family and friends, can lead to lack of engagement and ultimately people switching off. In week 4, you will learn the basis of building strong relationships that will help you both at work and home.
MODULE 05: LIVING WITH INTENTION

Do you set goals that never happen? Living your life with full intention and awareness is the only way you will be accountable to yourself. In week 5, you will move past goal setting and design ways to ensure you live the life you have always wanted and intended.
MODULE 6: HAVE BETTER CONVERSATIONS
Do you start a conversation with the best intentions only to get side-tracked or lose confidence to share your ideas and concerns? Building on what you have learnt about yourself in the previous weeks, we use the last workshop to look at how preparation and the structure of conversations can help you show up in conversations with others with full awareness and understanding of your desired outcome!

Future learning and development - what comes next…
After completing the Power of Transformation, many people go on to complete the Power of Self-mastery in one of two ways - join a public program or, organise an in-house program in your workplace. The Self Mastery program expands the topics you were introduced to in the Power of Transformation to develop your skills on a deeper level, and practice new habits over the six month period. The in-house option is a great way for you and your team to develop your leadership skills, create a shared meaning for success and work through common management challenges in your workplace.
