The intention in designing “The Beyond Reflection – Manage Self and  Lead others” is to bring together 6 like-minded women who want take themselves to the next level. The intention is to help women show up in this world as who they wish to be in life, at work, for themselves, so they can show others to do the same.

When we find the courage in ourselves to be good humans, we give other people permission to do the same

When we show others that we speak the truth with grace and dignity, we show others that anything is possible

When we care for others, we teach others empathy

When we show love and build relationships, we build connections, we collaborate and build a better world for all humans
